Equipment Shipment | CHOCOMACH Continuous Hydraulic Low-Temperature Oil Pressing System for Camellia Seed Slurry Successfully Delivered

On October 23. the 10 TPD continuous hydraulic low-temperature oil pressing system for camellia seed slurry (automatic thin-cake high-efficiency continuous hydraulic oil press), independently developed by CHOCOMACH, completed factory loading and shipment.

This is an oversize equipment unit. A 130-ton knuckle boom crane was deployed for on-site hoisting. Specialized heavy-cargo transportation service providers were engaged for delivery. The whole process was managed in compliance with heavy cargo logistics specifications to ensure safe transit and reliable handover.

The main unit of CHOCOMACH Model YZYW60-16/T hydraulic oil press(HOP) weighs 71 tons and is equipped with 16 pressing chambers. It features a rated working force of over 2.700 tons and material pressing pressure reaching 100 MPa or higher. Under stable operating conditions, residual oil in the cake can be controlled within the range of 8%–10%.

The integrated system enables continuous operations including automatic conveying, crushing, slurry grinding, feeding, pressing and cake discharging of dehulled camellia seed kernels. Adopting the low-temperature pressing process, the system helps retain active substances in camellia seeds and preserve oil quality.
