WALNUT OIL PRESS

The oil content of walnuts is as high as 65% to 70%. The equipment for producing walnut oil is mainly divided into two types according to different processing techniques. One is a cold-pressed walnut oil production line, which uses a hydraulic press; the other is a hot-pressed walnut oil production line. , using a screw press. In the market, hydraulic oil presses are mainly used for cold pressing, and walnut oil is cold-pressed by hydraulic oil presses, and processed in a production environment below 60 degrees Celsius. Such walnut oil nutrients will not be destroyed and will be more authentic.

The process of squeezing walnuts: 

walnuts→shelling→walnut kernels→oil pressing by hydraulic oil press→filtering→walnut crude oil→dephosphorization and deacidification→vacuum drying→decolorization→deodorization→finished walnut oil
